Artur excels in structuring mortgage solutions for clients with complex balance sheets and cash flows while meeting the bank's risk tolerance.

Artur's career spans over two decades, during which he has held prominent positions at leading financial institutions. As Vice President and Senior Residential Loan Officer at City National Bank, Artur partnered with Relationship Managers and Private Bankers to create outstanding client experiences. He coordinated the internal mortgage process, effectively bridging the gap between processing, underwriting, the client, and integrated team members. Artur's analytical skills enabled him to propose customized mortgage structures that met clients' needs while resolving problems throughout the mortgage process.

Prior to his tenure at City National Bank, Artur served as Vice President and Manager at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. In this role, he assisted Private Bank clients in deciding on mortgage products and structures, acting as their main point of contact throughout the mortgage process. Artur coordinated internal approval processes between underwriting and credit/risk groups and participated in banking team meetings to train integrated team members and develop sales strategies. He managed a team of Analysts, coached and mentored less experienced Mortgage Advisors, and contributed to projects that enhanced procedures and credit/risk guidelines.

Artur began his career at Chase Home Finance as a Loan Officer, where he streamlined the mortgage process for clients, processing, and underwriting groups. He collaborated with bankers, investors, and branch managers to diversify client relationships and provided full product offerings. Artur's industry knowledge and experience allowed him to coach and mentor less experienced Loan Officers and Associates.
