Kathryn “Kate” J. Aldinger is a seasoned residential mortgage lending representative with nearly 25 years of experience driving growth through community-focused lending, strategic business development, and relationship-based sales. She brings deep expertise in affordable housing, CRA lending, and the design and delivery of mortgage products that serve diverse and underserved markets.

Kate joins Peapack Private from Amalgamated Bank, where she served as Vice President of Residential Mortgage Lending, playing a pivotal role in scaling the bank’s CRA lending platform. She is deeply committed to maintaining strong CRA performance through strategic partnerships with nonprofit housing agencies, government entities, and community-based organizations dedicated to the creation and preservation of affordable housing

Throughout her career, Kate has demonstrated a unique ability to cultivate and expand high-impact partnerships, including collaborations with housing counseling agencies, municipal and state programs, and real estate professionals across New York and New Jersey. She has been instrumental in launching and managing down payment assistance and first-time homebuyer programs through initiatives such as the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York Homebuyer Dream Program, HPD HomeFirst, and Affordable Housing Corporation grants, expanding access to homeownership for income-qualified borrowers

Prior to joining Amalgamated Bank, Kathryn held senior leadership roles at MCS Mortgage Bankers, Vantage Point Bank/Infinity Home Mortgage, Bank of America/GMAC Mortgage, and Bergen Jaguar.

Kate holds multiple degrees in Business Management and Marketing from Johnson & Wales University and is a graduate of the Xinnix Mortgage Academy of Excellence Sales Training.
